I've never participated in Menu Plan Monday before, but I always have a menu, so why not?! Here's what we have on the agenda for this week:
Monday - Eureka Pizza ($3.99 Larges!)
Tuesday - Chili Dogs, Chili-Garlic Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday - Rustic Italian Tortellini Soup
Thursday - Nachos
Friday - Chicken & Black Bean Enchiladas (a top-ten family favorite!)
Saturday - Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
My big struggle is always with side dishes! I forget to even make them usually! This is not good from a vegetable persepective. =| Any advice? What are you favorite sides?
